This lovely loop which takes in the some of the Downs link and loops round along the banks of the river Adur.
Easy parking here in the public car park next to the Cat & Canary, with a very brief road section the downs link is easily picked up where you have a good running surface to the Adur. Once you are following along the river bank things can get a little boggy in places depending on season due to the grazing cattle and the gated access but it is of little concern. Plenty of scope for doggy swims, off lead running if the livestock is clear also. There are a number of paths which can be explored as well as the possibility of taking advantage of the Downs link to the coast or north to Guildford.
